Mr. Tutch is the founder and president of Automated Control Systems. His career started at Control Data in 1979 as a factory automation engineer. He started ACS in 1983 to provide automation solutions for both factories and assembly machines.
For the past several years he has applied his expertise to respiratory therapy products, providing large medical companies with new product solutions and existing product enhancements. These products include oxygen concentrators, oxygen conservers, CPAP and VPAP.
